I was fortunate to stumble upon Laurie when I was looking to purchase my first house last year. From the get-go she was an incredible ally, and she made the process (which can be pretty daunting when you've never done it before) seamless from start to finish. Laurie is super knowledgeable about the real estate market as well as the laws/processes that the common home buyer knows nothing about. Most importantly she is a genuinely good person and a true pleasure to work with.

Mrs Howell is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I spent more than 20 years in the military have moved many times and had the pleasure of work with my fair share of agents. None come close to her attention to detail, concern for her clients and willingness to do what it takes to get a deal done and make it work for her clients. Mrs Howell is my agent for my next home purchase and if I decided to purchase again in the future she will be my agent then as well!!!

This will be my first home purchase and I am beyond excited. There have been a few bumps in the road but, Laurie has been right there beside me and kept me motivated that things will workout. Since day one she was the first Realtor to contact me and keep me informed of everything that I need to do. Whatever she tells me to do I have done. She is very knowledgeable and keeps me up to date on our progress. She is truly a blessing!!!!  

Laurie was amazing! We were in a bit of a rush to find a home and she made time for showings several days in a row in the evenings to fit our schedule. Tremendous knowledge of Clayton area and all things real estate. She knows everything about the area, neighborhoods, and builders. Went to battle for us when there was trouble with the lender and has great contacts in construction and real estate. Hopefully I never move again but if I ever do in the area, my first contact will be Laurie!
